Liquid Nutrition

Liquid nutrition is a great way for the busy person to ensure they get the nutrients they need every day. Dieting shakes are specifically designed to provide you with all the vitamins and energy you need from a meal in a conveniently portable package. They are great because you can keep them in your desk at work, in the car trunk, or next to the stairs at home. They are an easy, no mess way to eat a meal when you may not have had time to do so otherwise.

The shakes are generally used as a weight loss aid. However they can be a valuable liquid nutritional supplement to your diet if you choose to incorporate them in that way. New research indicates that the ideal human diet consists of five small meals spaced throughout the day instead of the traditional three square meals a day.
